Michael brings a lifetime of experience around property — raised in a family that's done six renovations and counting. He handles the research, the analysis and the numbers behind every opportunity we present. If the comparables don't check out or the yield doesn't work, it doesn't go any further. He's the reason every pack is thorough, clearly presented and ready to act on.
Paul Jones
Paul's background spans property management, hospitality and hands-on renovation. He's run a successful Airbnb, managed refurbishments from start to finish, and knows what a property actually needs — not just what it looks like on paper. He handles viewings, condition assessments and refurb costings, making sure every opportunity is assessed by someone who's been on-site, not just behind a screen.
